i had a little food shoot last week and just as i arrived at the restaurant
the chef came up from the kitchen with a plate full of little bar snacks
that he'd been experimenting with, and wanted some opinions on.
they were dates wrapped in bacon and they were absolutely magic darts.
i would have photographed them but they didn't stay on the plate for long enough.
but i did use the plate to test my lighting
and i gave the chef my honest opinion about the bar snacks
"don't bother with the green stuff"
