spuntino

i had a shoot in london's current 'it' restaurant, 'spuntino' yesterday.

i can't show any wide shots of the place until the magazine have published them,

but here's a shot of the long bar area.

the interior design of spuntino is amazing. you have to see it.

also the menu i have to say is right up my street.

a nice touch is that when you take a seat, they make you a fresh mug of popcorn.

not just your average popcorn though. this stuff has paprika and chilli oil on it.

outstanding !

i was treated to a late breakfast and opted for the dish that all of london is talking about.

truffled egg toast... 

it's like a diamond bullet through the temple... the absolute genius of this dish

 is difficult for me to explain.

if you haven't heard about spuntino already just type the word into google.

i doubt there has ever been a restaurant with as much food blogging coverage.

also it seems that every single review says how great the place is.

( and mentions the truffled egg toast )
