i did a food shoot at the criterion a couple of weeks ago.
they have a new menu for a limited time which ties in with the
'cult of beauty' exhibition at the v&a museum.
if you're in sunny london i'd recommend booking a table at the criterion.
the room is breathtaking and the new menu is incredible.
my pick is one of the specially created dishes... the criterion chocolate bar
it is a dried fruit cheesecake with a nougat centre covered in chocolate with vanilla ice cream.
in the interest of... well in the interest me trying it really, i waded in on this little fella
when i'd finished shooting it and i've got to say, it rates highly on the famous
'whitfield thumb scale'
